Heat Seal

Screen Printing & Heat Transfer

Screen printing is a stencil based printing technique. The stencil is made up of mesh apertures and areas that have been made impermeable to the ink. The ink is then squeezed through the mesh to imprint onto the garment. Screen printing is the ideal choice when large quantities and single colour print is involved. This type of printing will last as long as the life of the garment.

Heat transfer is a printing method used to heat a vinyl transfer allowing it to adhere to the garment. It is extremely economical if you are using large logo's on your garments. It is the perfect method for printing on hi-visibility and waterproof clothing.

If you are not sure which printing method would be best for you just let us know what you need and we will recommend the method that would be most suitable.

Embroidery

Embroidery is a stitching technique which gives your logo and text a raised finish. It is extremely durable normally out-lasting the garment itself and can be industrially laundered.

Creating an embroidered logo is simple

  • Send us an electronic copy of your logo or even a letterhead or business card
  • We will then send a PDF showing your logo placement on the garment
  • Once confirmed we can even send you a sample of your embroidered logo
